How do we ship All items are shipped via priority mail on a flat rate basis. It doesn't matter if you order one item or 20, the shipping will always be a flat $4.50 which is less than what the post office charges me.
How are pens packaged All pens & pencils are shipped in some kind of a pen box along with an information card on the wood and refill. Boxes vary from a plastic pen box on the low end to a premium leatherette box on the more expensive items.
Where are the items made Each item I sell is handmade by myself in my Hemet shop on one of my Oneway® lathes.
What about the colors
It should be understood that wood colors vary significantly. I can't control mother nature. Additionally the dyed dymondwood varies in color some with every batch.
Shapes Shapes on items like perfume items and others will vary significantly as I turn each item by hand and enjoy varying the shape. It is always an adventure. If you need a specific shape you need to say so and I will give you a time estimate. Pictures on the site are just one example.
One of a kind If something is listed under one of a kind you will get that exact item.
